Complaints

Customers who are consumers have the option, in the event of a dispute, to use an online dispute resolution procedure on the EU portal "Your Europe" at (http://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/index_de.htm) with the support of a recognized arbitration board.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution according to Art. 14 para. 1 ODR-Regulation (OS), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ .

The online dispute resolution procedure is not a mandatory prerequisite for contacting the competent courts. Rather, it is an alternative way to resolve any disagreements within the framework of a contractual relationship.

We are not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a recognized consumer arbitration board.
